All Orders Received after Noon (12pm) enter schedule on next day! Each Job must be written as seperate PO. Production Schedule: 7-10 working days upon receipt of PO, Art, Merchandise & Approval. When available - Rush Charges of 30% (5-6 days) Rush Charges of 40% (3-4 days) Rush Charges of 50% (2-3 days) from receipt of art & merchandise. Order Forms, artwork and merchandise must be complete prior to being put on production schedule. All Payment Arrangements must be finalized before entering production schedule. If less than 12, there will be a $20.00 set up charge. When sending in art, please email the highest quality DPI .JPG, .AI, .EPS, .CDR. If you only have a word document, or .PDF we can work with that as well. Copy of Disk: $20.00 Sewouts using Customer tape: $10.00 Any unused disks not claimed will be destroyed after 2 years. We are not responsible for sewing results on customer supplied DST files. All shirts steamed and folded: NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE No extra charge for Solvy or top quality materials. Shirts and Hats not combined for quantity. Sorting Fee: $2.00 per Box You should always expect quality, and we provide it inclusive! SpoilageAlthough our normal spoilage is insignificant, we do allow for 2% damage. We will credit accounts for any spoilage in excess of one piece or 2% - whichever is the greater. International Shipments $50 service charge plus Freight. ShippingHandling: $7.50 per location Shipping Fees are based on weight, dimensions & ZIP code. We use UPS rates unless your PO directs us otherwise. PLEASE indicate on your shipping request form if we are shipping to a residence or a business.
