All DTG Orders Received after Noon (12pm EST) enter schedule on next day! Each job must be written as a separate PO.
Production Schedule: 7-10 working days upon receipt of PO, Art, Merchandise & Approval.
When available - Rush Charges of 30% (5-6 days) Rush Charges of 40% (3-4 days) Rush Charges of 50% (2-3 days) from receipt of art approval & merchandise.
Order Forms, artwork and merchandise must be complete prior to being put on production schedule.
All Payment Arrangements must be finalized before entering production schedule.

Each DTG order is subject to a one time $25.00 art/setup charge, including digital proof.

Additional Charges (A):
Polybagging: Add $0.50 (A) per piece
Sorting / Separating Charge: $0.20 (A) per piece
Printing on or above pocket: Add $0.50 (A) per peice
Fleece Upcharge: Add $1.00 (A) per piece
Fabric with more than 80% polyester will incur an extra $2.50 (A) surcharge per piece, per location.
Print Guidelines
- All artwork should be submitted as Vector art (.eps, .ai) or as high res .psd, .jpg, .pdf, or .tiff (300 dpi min.)
- Converting artwork from 72 dpi to 300 dpi will not yield good results & in most cases is not useable.

- 100% Cotton prints better than blends. On White we can print Poly or Cotton, however on non white, must be at least a 80/20 blend. Cotton will ALWAYS print better. Fleece must be 90% cotton, we recommend Hanes Print Pro Fleece.
- Dye lots may affect print quality in an order.
- To insure vibrance, 30 single or combed cotton blanks should be ordered.
- Recommended brands are: District® Concert Tees, Hanes Nano Tee, or other premium cotton blanks.
- 100% Polyester will work as long as is white and not treated with stain resistant chemical.
- Avoid products with more than a 1 x 1 rib fabric. Print does not get into the grooves properly.
- Printing is a CMYK Process, there is no color matching, or pantone matching available.
Shipping
International Shipments: $50 (A) service charge plus Freight.
USPS Shipments: $20 (A) service charge plus freight.
Drop Shipping: $7.50 (A) per location
Shipping fees are based on weight, dimensions & zip code. We use FEDEX Ground rates unless your PO directs us otherwise. PLEASE indicate on your shipping request form if we are shipping to a residence or a business.
Shipping Insurance requests must be on purchase order. FOB Fort Lauderdale, FL
Wrong Address or Unspecified Residence Subject to $20.00 (A) each UPS change.
Spoilage:
Although our normal spoilage is insignificant, we do allow for 2% damage, (4% on darks). We will credit accounts for any spoilage in excess of one piece or 2% (4% on darks) whichever is greater.
