  • Ensure with your vendor that all inbound shipments have your company name and purchase order number on them. The PO number you give your supplier vendor, should match the one you give Atlas Embroidery & Screen Printing and it should be noted on your Purchase Order.  If Multi-Part PO”s please order as individual order…ie PO# ASAP_001, ASAP_002, ASAP_003  or PO# ASAP-A, ASAP-B, ASAP-C, each order should be a separate PO to Atlas Embroidery & Screen Printing. The vendor will do the sorting for us.
  • In the case where there is an affiliate name that you order garments under make sure that name is noted on your Purchase Order.  We are not mind readers, so if we cannot find a package because the information you provided us does not match what is received, please do not blame us for late shipments.
  • Please mark shipment information (Vendor, PO# and Tracking Info) for your inbound freight on your PO as doing so also greatly helps us locate your goods in instances where vendors send in incorrectly labeled goods. We are receiving tens of thousands of goods each day.
  • All goods must arrive to Atlas Embroidery & Screen Printing at least 3 business days prior to your production date. This is very important because if your vendor sends the wrong items we still have time to help you remedy the situation while still meeting deadlines. There may be times when orders get moved ahead a day or two; however, this can only happen when goods are here and ready to go.
  • Atlas Embroidery & Screen Printing/DTG created the Atlas Free Freight Program (AFFP) which offers FREE inbound freight also known as PSST (Pack Separately Ship Together) from many suppliers. See attached our “Ticket to Free Freight” for a complete list of suppliers and their contact info for all those that will send your orders to us Free Freight all the way down to $1. Beyond the cost savings and convenience to our customers; one of the main reasons for this program is so that your vendors pack each of your orders separately so there’s no sort necessary once goods arrive and thus no delay in scheduling.
  • Separation charges will be incurred when multiple orders/print jobs are combined within one shipment as we’ll then be required to separate them by design before production can be staged.  This process is very time consuming and will therefore be invoiced at a cost $75 an hour.
  • Atlas Embroidery & Screen Printing has our own proprietary order and merchandise entry system into which all incoming goods are logged daily. Please have your vendor send you the shipping information so that you know that the goods were shipped, what was shipped, and when it is received by us.   • All returns to vendors must have an active return authorization number from your vendor and a call tag . Please fill out a return authorization form and forward to your customer service rep for processing. Should you have us return the merchandise for you without a call tag you will of course be charged the outgoing freight.

Please know that we require goods to come in 3 business days before the set production date. If your garments arrive less than 3 business days prior to production your order will incur a Rush Charge based on the production date.
