Having just returned from a few trade shows, we thought we would write up a few of the most commonly asked questions by trade show guests.

Here are the kind of questions we get asked most at a trade show. If you have never used Atlas Embroidery before, you will want to read over what people want to know, and it may answer some of your questions too!

How long have you been in business? In 2015, it will be our 13th year in business! We are the largest screen-printer in the Southeast with 11 automatic screen printing machines.

Where are you located? We are located in Florida, however, the location of our facility is really not important. We ship from Ft. Lauderdale with discounted rates. We also give you your package tracking number or the distributor’s shipper number to track your package. At every step of your order, we communicate with you. Our quality, customer service and price structure speak louder than distance.

What is your turn around time? Typically, our turn-around time is 7-10 working days from art approval. Often times, we are able to turn orders faster. It all depends on how busy we are at the time of the year.

What are your prices? We have three different price sheets: Contract rates for screen printing, embroidery, and direct to garment printing. Our price sheets are very detailed and also offer some education into each form of embellishment.

Can you explain the different forms of embellishment that you offer? On our website, we have Atlas University where we offer up detailed explanations and tips for the distributors. We recommend this reading to all new and current distributors. This is a very educational link to be familiar with!

Can you make us a sample kit? We recommend that when distributors place orders, that they have one extra of each unique job made up for themselves. When you do this, a sample kit will be collected, each time you order. Please make sure to highlight that the extra piece be sent back to you.

Who do I contact is each department? Who is my contact person for DTG, Embroidery and Screen Printing? At this link, you will find a way to contact each person in the department that you need: http://www.atlasembroidery.com/about-atlas-embroidery
